George Edward
THOMPSON (c1900-1943)
and Mabel Annie MENGHAM (1901-?)

George Edward Thompson and Mabel Annie Mengham married
in the second the second quarter of 1922 in Brighton, Sussex. (They
were not my direct ancestors. Their daughter married my dad's
brother.)
George Edward Thompson was born about 1900. He was a
postman. He was killed by a bomb on 25 May 1943 in Arundel Road, Brighton.
At the time his home address was 9 Nuthurst Road, Whitehawk. He was 43
years old when he died.
Mabel Annie Mengham was born in the fourth quarter of 1901 in
Tortington, Sussex. She was the daughter of
William George Mengham
(1876-?) and Mabel
Annie Wyatt (1875-?).
