Other Baker Families

My thanks to Alison in Calgary, Canada, for passing on the following details:

William Baker, a Warp Spinner of Ticehurst, had the following children:

  1. Mary Baker was baptised on 3 April 1625 in Ticehurst.

  2. A daughter was baptised on 21 September 1628 in Ticehurst.

  3. Jane Baker was baptised on 13 February 1631 in Ticehurst.

  4. William Baker was baptised on 24 February 1632/3 in Ticehurst.  He was the father of:

    1. Elizabeth Baker was baptised on 4 May 1656 in Ticehurst.

    2. Sarah Baker was baptised on 29 November 1657 in Ticehurst.

    3. Jane Baker was baptised on 23 September 1660 in Ticehurst.

    4. Ann Baker was baptised on 3 July 1664 in Ticehurst.

    5. Mary Baker was baptised on 12 April 1668 in Ticehurst.

    6. Rose Baker was baptised on 29 December 1672 in Ticehurst.  She married John Powell by licence on 29 December 1698 in Wadhurst.  He was then of Salehurst.

  5. Elizabeth Baker was baptised on 5 April 1635 in Ticehurst.

Could the above family be connected to my 9x Great Grandmother, Mary Baker, who I would guess was born about 1660?
